What began as an idea – bringing a piece of Italy to the city – became reality in November 2024 on Boxhagener Straße. There, our first location was born: a place where fresh, handmade focaccia takes center stage. With us, crispy dough meets selected ingredients, Mediterranean flair meets urban style.

OUR FOCACCIA BREAD

Golden brown, fluffy, and wonderfully crispy on the outside – our focaccia is baked fresh every day in our own bakery. Made with the finest Italian olive oil and lots of love, it is the soul of each of our sandwiches.

OUR ITALIAN HAM

Whether it’s the finest Prosciutto Crudo or juicy, flavorful Porchetta – our ham comes directly from Italy and is sliced paper-thin to fully develop its rich aroma. Hearty, traditional, and simply irresistible.

Authentic buffalo milk, straight from Campania: creamy, flavorful, and with protected designation of origin. We use only real Mozzarella di Bufala on our bread – for that full Italian taste.
